? Intensive Case Manager - Family Violence ? Bayswater | ? Permanent | ⏰ Full-Time | 0.8 FTE Considered Tradewind Australia is partnering with BWAHS to recruit an experienced and passionate Intensive Case Manager to join their Family Violence team in Bayswater.
This is an Aboriginal Identified position, supporting Aboriginal women and their children who are affected by family violence.
We are looking for someone who brings not only the right experience, but a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture, cultural safety and the strengths of Aboriginal families and communities.
❤️ ? About the Role As an Intensive Case Manager, you will provide family violence case management and case coordination to Aboriginal women and their children, supporting their safety, stability and wellbeing.
You will: ? Provide intensive, trauma-informed case management to Aboriginal women and children experiencing family violence ?️ Undertake risk assessment, safety planning and case coordination ? Support clients to access appropriate services and strengthen their safety and stability ? Advocate for women and children across service systems ? Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders ❤️ Promote cultural safety, healthy family functioning and positive outcomes for Aboriginal children and young people ? Undertake outreach as required ✨ About You We are looking for someone who has a genuine commitment to working alongside Aboriginal women and families and brings attitude, aptitude and strong cultural strengths to their practice.
You will ideally have: Experience in family violence, intensive case management or a related community services environment Strong knowledge of family violence risk assessment, safety planning and case management ? A culturally safe,



strengths-based and trauma-informed approach Excellent communication, advocacy and stakeholder engagement skills A strong understanding of the experiences and needs of Aboriginal women and children The ability to build trusting relationships and work effectively within a multidisciplinary workplace Strong Aboriginal and/or cultural knowledge and experience is essential for this position.
? Qualifications Experience The role is ideally suited to someone who meets the requirements for SCHADS Level 5 .
However, candidates currently operating at SCHADS Level 4.4 who demonstrate the right attitude, aptitude and relevant experience may also be considered, with the opportunity to be supported to complete a Graduate Certificate in Family Violence.

? Permanent, ongoing position ⏰ Full-time preferred - 0.8 FTE considered ? Bayswater location ? SCHADS Level 5: $105,574 - $110,357 + super, depending on experience ? WFH flexibility following probation ❤️ Meaningful work supporting Aboriginal women and children experiencing family violence ? Work within a culturally focused, community-led organisation ⚠️ This is a genuine Aboriginal Identified position and applicants must meet the requirements of the Aboriginal Identified funding.
