About the Role
We are looking for a Leading Hand Fitter to join the Tropicana team!
Lead the team to safely deliver plans, performance and quality across our Project.
Our leaders set the tone.
You'll shape the culture, guide performance and create an environment where people are supported, safe and able to do their best work.
