About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Class Preparation Assistant - Floristry & Retail Operations to support our floristry training programs and the operation of The Ultimate Florist shop.
This hands-on role combines floristry preparation, customer service, stock management and retail operations, offering the opportunity to work in a creative learning setting while engaging with customers, suppliers and industry professionals.
The ideal candidate will have floristry industry knowledge, strong organisational skills and a passion for customer service and floral design.
TheClass Preparation Assistantis responsible forthe preparation and classroom set up of all materials and products required for the running of floristry classes, the ordering of flowers and stock requirements, providing customer service including constructing customer orders in The Ultimate Florist shop, monitoring and rotation of stock and payment of invoices.
