The organisation is going through a significant period of change and transformation, creating an opportunity for an experienced People Partner to join a newly evolving People Culture function.
This is not a traditional corporate environment.
It is values-led, highly relational and at times complex, so the ability to build trust, navigate ambiguity and find practical solutions will be critical.
THE ROLE Reporting to the Manager, People Partnering, you will provide trusted HR support across the employee lifecycle while helping to build a stronger, more strategic partnering model.
You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders who may have limited HR experience, so your ability to listen, coach and make HR practical and accessible will be key.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing trusted advice across employee relations and the employee lifecycle Managing performance improvement, conduct matters and terminations Providing advice on awards and employment conditions Coaching and mentoring leaders through people matters Supporting leaders with difficult conversations Building solid, credible relationships across a diverse stakeholder group Providing practical,



solutions-focused HR advice Contributing to the ongoing development of the People Culture function THE CRITERIA We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record as a true People Partner, with strong employee relations and case management experience and confidence managing performance, conduct and termination processes.
You'll have a sound understanding of awards and employment legislation, alongside a genuine coaching and partnering approach.
Importantly, you'll be an excellent listener and relationship builder, comfortable having challenging conversations with empathy and working with stakeholders who may have limited HR experience.
You'll be practical, solutions-focused and comfortable thinking outside the box, with the resilience and adaptability to operate in an environment that is changing and not always clearly defined.
