Senior Full Stack Developer - 12 Month Initial Contract with 5 Vacancies
We are seeking experienced
Senior Full Stack Developers
to join a modern cloud development team working across front-end, back-end, integration and cloud infrastructure.
There are
five positions available on an initial 12-month contract
, offering the opportunity to work as part of a broader technical team delivering modern, cloud-native applications.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and supporting cloud-native applications, working across the full technology stack and closely with technical leads, architects and delivery teams.
Design, develop and maintain web applications using
React and TypeScript
.
Develop and support cloud-native backend services and
microservices
.
Design and develop
RESTful APIs
using OpenAPI and contract-first development.
Build synchronous and asynchronous integrations using API and event-driven patterns.
Develop and maintain
Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK
.
Design and implement scalable relational and NoSQL data solutions.
Build secure, resilient and maintainable AWS-based solutions.
Implement validation, exception handling, audit logging, monitoring and observability.




Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security and quality assurance.
Participate in solution design, code reviews and architecture discussions.
Produce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and delivery stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience
Front End
Strong commercial experience with
React, TypeScript and contemporary JavaScript
.
Experience with modern CSS and component libraries.
Experience building complex business workflows within role-based user interfaces.
Strong understanding of responsive design and modern UI development.
Backend & APIs
Strong experience developing and maintaining
RESTful APIs in AWS environments
.
Experience with
OpenAPI and contract-first development
.
Strong understanding of
microservices and distributed systems
.
Experience with
OAuth 2.0, OIDC and JWT-based authentication
.
Commercial experience developing backend services using
Python
.
AWS
Strong hands-on experience with a range of AWS services, including:
AWS Lambda
Amazon API Gateway
