The Role
Working from our Clarence Campus, you will be teaching future and current support workers and will shape the skills of Support Professionals in Disability & Aged Care.You will lead essential lessons, assess student progress, and inspire continuous improvement.
Dive into a role where innovation, collaboration, and empowerment of students are key, enabling them to make a significant impact in their communities.
On any given day, your duties will include:
Develop and oversee teaching materials, resources, and equipment
Empowering students in their transition from campus to community
Undertake training to ensure you are continuously evolving with your students.
Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Design and deliver engaging lessons
What you will bring
Minimum of five years within the Disability,



Aged Care or Health industry; with experience in direct support roles, Management & Co-ordination highly regarded.
Certificate III or higher in either Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or Nursing
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
A current Working with Vulnerable People registration is required, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
