The role

We're seeking full-time Casino Dealers who are energetic, service-focused, and ready to take on a unique career opportunity.
No prior gaming experience is required.
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed as a professional Dealer.

To be eligible, you must:
Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, evenings and overnight shifts
The ability to commit to a five-week full-time training program commencing 9 November ****,



delivered Monday to Friday during business hours
About you
Demonstrated customer service experience in a premium setting
Strong mathematical calculation skills
A strong track record of reliability, punctuality and attendance
High level of integrity
Willingness to complete a physical assessment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (CSEL)
