The Opportunity
Working closely with the Partner you will manage a diverse and sophisticated range of matters.
This is a true hands‐on role where you will run your own files, mentor junior staff, and act as a trusted advisor to a loyal client base.
Your practice will encompass a broad mix of commercial and civil litigation, with a strong focus on:
Complex commercial and contractual disputes
Civil litigation across various jurisdictions




Australian Consumer Law claims and trade practices matters
Corporations Act disputes and insolvency matters
About You
To ensure your success in this pivotal role, you will bring:
Around 4+ years Post-Admission Experience (PAE) specializing in commercial and civil litigation.
Knowledge of the Australian Consumer Law and litigation procedures across state and federal jurisdictions, will be advantageous
Demonstrated ability to confidently run matters from inception to resolution with minimal supervision.
Exceptional drafting skills and strategic, commercial acumen.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring junior lawyers and building client relationships.
