About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join a leading logistics team in Melbourne.
You will be the key link between Sales, Customers, and Operations, ensuring recent and transitioning customers are onboarded smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands‐on role, perfect for someone with a Customer Service or Operations background who enjoys coordinating across teams and managing short implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise between Sales, Customers,



and Operations to capture requirements and manage scope
Facilitate meetings, track action items, and manage implementation progress
Set up customers in internal systems
Work with IT and process teams on automation, reporting, and SOPs
Support local and international teams to ensure requirements are understood
Provide post‐implementation support
What We're Looking For
Experience in Customer Service or Operations, in Freight Forwarding
Strong communication, organisation, and problem‐solving skills
Comfortable working across teams and managing short projects
Strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
