You will lead PM shift operations across inbound processing, replenishment, and outbound fulfilment, driving service, safety and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include coaching Team Leads, allocating labour, monitoring performance, and ensuring replenishment aligns with fulfilment needs, while maintaining WHS compliance and supporting improvement projects.
