5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or enterprise setting preferably on implementation of CRM
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud
Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) Implementation experience
Telecommunication Industry Background
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Velocity
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
