About the Opportunity
As a Beverage Attendant, you'll prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including tap beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, while delivering exceptional service.
With your energy and welcoming approach, you'll help create memorable experiences for every member and guest.
As a Beverage Attendant, you will:
Deliver friendly and attentive service to members and guests;
Prepare and serve food and beverages;
Process payments and perform cash-handling duties;
Replenish stock and ensure products are readily available; and
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including clearing tables and collecting glassware and plates.
The successful candidate will
Hold current RSA and RCG certificates or be willingness to obtain
Have a friendly, customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn
Bring robust attention to detail and work well within a team
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
Experience in customer service (or in similar role) highly regarded
Be available to work a variety of shifts across our operational hours, including nights and weekends.
