The University of Queensland is seeking a Crop Genomics Research Technician at the St Lucia Campus to support two sorghum and sugarcane research projects.
You will coordinate laboratory samples, perform molecular assays with independence, and contribute to the identification and validation of genes and alleles affecting biomass and traits.
Requirements include a degree in molecular biology or related field and hands-on experience in plant molecular biology, DNA extraction, PCR and SNP assays.
