Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and stock in a specialist area.
You will lead 20+ team members and work closely with other Department Managers, reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager to deliver the Best Experience for customers.
You will monitor service levels, coordinate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams, and manage rosters including weekends and some public holidays.
