About the Role
This is an opportunity to move beyond producing numbers and become a trusted business partner to finance and operational leaders across our Resorts & Lodges portfolio.
You'll help shape budgets and forecasts, provide commercial insight into business performance, build financial models that support key decisions, and identify opportunities that drive growth and profitability across the division.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities across the division
Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
Analyse performance and identify commercial risks, trends and growth opportunities
Deliver meaningful reporting and insights that support business performance
Partner with leaders across the business to improve commercial outcomes and forecast accuracy
About You
You're commercially minded, naturally curious and enjoy turning data into meaningful business insights.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong stakeholder relationships and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions to drive better outcomes.
You'll bring:
Experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, financial analysis or business partnering
A background in a Big 4, mid-tier accounting firm and/or an in-house FP&A; environment
Robust financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business
A degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline, with CA or CPA qualification (or working towards completion) highly regarded
