Job Description
Melbourne City Mission in Western Metro Melbourne is seeking a Case Manager/Youth Coach to support young people at risk of homelessness. This full time max-term role for 5 months involves outreach, case management, goal setting, and helping clients stabilise housing or find independent accommodation.

You will work within the Detour coaching framework, collaborate with partners, deliver group work, and maintain records.
