About the Role:

As a permanent Relief General Manager, you will support multiple Care Communities Sydney & NSW.
n
Your leadership ensures stability during periods of transition, leave coverage, or rapid operational needs always keeping residents, families, and team wellbeing at the centre.
n
This pathway role offers rich exposure to different community environments while building the capability and confidence required to progress into a substantive General Manager position.
