About the role
n
Mater Private Hospital Gold Coast is seeking applications for Enrolled Nurses to join our Nurse Bank, Casual Pool. This opportunity requires flexibility to work across a casual roster. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 12 months' clinical experience, along with a strong commitment to delivering high quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment.

The Enrolled Nurse (EN) performs all aspects of delegated Nursing care with particular consideration to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient/client and assists in the provision of comprehensive patient care under the supervision (direct or indirect) of a Registered Nurse.
n
As an Enrolled Nurse you will provide patient-centred nursing care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse on duty.

Achieving optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care while acting as patient advocate
n
Demonstrating clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients during perioperative journey
n
Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional care every time
n
Maintaining current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional growth
n

Have current registration with AHPRA with no notations
n




Must have acute hospital experience
n
Ability to work in an ever-changing and fast paced workplace
n
Be able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and recognise priority tasks
n
Work within a multi-disciplinary team environment with a focus on exceptional patient-centred care and customer service
n
Digital and computer proficiency
n
You must participate in a 24/7 roster (including weekends)
n
