Relevant Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support, Nursing, or related fields, including academic transcripts

Key Requirements:

Experience in disability or community services
n
n
Provide 24/7 support to participants in supported independent living arrangements. Help participants develop daily living skills and achieve their independence goals.

Current National Police Check
n
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid)

COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (if applicable)

Motor Vehicle Insurance Certificate and Current Vehicle Registration
