About the role
n
As a Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner, you'll support our Supply Chain and Specialty businesses to create safer, healthier workplaces for team members across our network. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract, offering the opportunity to work across a diverse and fast-paced operational environment. Partnering closely with leaders, you'll provide practical advice, help manage risk, and support the delivery of safety and wellbeing initiatives that strengthen capability and drive positive outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence safety culture, partner with leaders across the business and make a meaningful difference in a dynamic operational environment.

What's involved

Partner with leaders to identify, manage and reduce safety and wellbeing risks.
n
Provide practical guidance and support on day-to-day safety and wellbeing matters.
n
Coach and develop leader capability to build a proactive safety culture.
n
Support the implementation of safety and wellbeing programs, systems and initiatives.
n
Contribute to incident investigations, risk assessments and continuous improvement activities.
n
Ensure safe systems of work are embedded, monitored and aligned with the Safety & Wellbeing Management System.

About You
n
You're a team-oriented and practical safety professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing positive outcomes. You thrive in operational environments, can navigate competing priorities, and bring a balanced approach to risk management and continuous improvement. Our ideal candidate will have experience supporting frontline operational environments such as Frame & Truss,



Supply Chain, Distribution Centres or Manufacturing, and understands the opportunities and challenges that come with these fast-paced settings. You'll be joining a supportive and experienced team that works closely together, shares knowledge and is passionate about helping our team members stay safe and well every day.

What you'll need
n
n
Demonstrated experience in a Safety & Wellbeing, Health & Safety or similar partnering role.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety, Injury Management or a related discipline.
n
Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement, coaching and influencing skills.
n
Excellent communication, planning and organisational abilities.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and passion for safety and wellbeing.
n
