About the Role

HPS is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at HPS Lakeside in Joondalup on a casual basis.
n
This role primarily supports weekend pharmacy services within a hospital environment, providing clinical and operational pharmacy services that contribute to safe and effective patient care. It is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists seeking flexibility while maintaining exposure to hospital pharmacy practice.
n
Working alongside experienced pharmacy and healthcare professionals, you will play an important role in supporting medication management, clinical services and quality use of medicines.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital patients
n
Review medication charts and support medication management
n
Deliver accurate dispensing and medication supply services
n
Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams
n
Promote medication safety and quality use of medicines
n
Support pharmacy operations and weekend service delivery
n
n
About You
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (mandatory)
n
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
n




Strong clinical knowledge and patient-centred approach
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
Commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services
