We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Violence Case Manager to join our highly respected Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Team in Albury.
n
This is more than a case management role. You will support Aboriginal individuals and families impacted by family violence through culturally safe, trauma-informed care, advocacy, referrals and ongoing support.
n
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team and trusted community partners, you will help people navigate difficult times while reconnecting them with the services, supports and opportunities they need to heal and thrive.

About You

Experience supporting Aboriginal people and families affected by family violence
n
Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and culturally protected service delivery
n
Confident providing case management, risk assessment, advocacy and referrals
n
Able to build respectful relationships with clients, families and partner agencies
n
Committed to empowering Aboriginal people through compassionate, holistic support
n
