Global X ETFs Australia is seeking a Risk & Compliance Analyst to support the delivery of our risk and compliance framework as the business continues to grow.

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, this role provides hands on support across compliance monitoring, marketing reviews, risk management and governance activities, helping ensure the business meets its AFSL and regulatory obligations.
What you'll do
Support day to day compliance monitoring and obligation tracking
Review collateral for regulatory compliance
Maintain compliance registers (incidents, breaches, attestations, training)
Assist with incident, breach and complaints management




Support maintenance of the risk register and periodic risk reviews
Prepare inputs for governance and committee reporting
Assist with policy administration and compliance training tracking
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years' experience in risk, compliance, audit, governance or a regulated environment
Understanding of AFSL obligations and marketing compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Explicit written communication and stakeholder engagement capability
Experience in funds management, ETFs or financial services is desirable
