We're looking for a highly organised, reliable Stock Controller to join our busy dealership group in Capalaba, supporting Moreton Bay Ford, Moreton Bay Suzuki and Omoda Jaecoo Capalaba.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in vehicle registration, stock control, dealership administration or coordination who is ready for a change and wants a varied role within a supportive automotive environment.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Coordinating vehicle deliveries and preparation
n
Managing vehicle movements, transport bookings and stock locations
n
Assisting with vehicle registration and Queensland Transport requirements
n
Coordinating with workshop, parts, sales and external suppliers
n
Raising purchase orders and managing administrative paperwork
n
Tracking vehicle workflow and ensuring everything is ready for delivery
n
Assisting with registration overflow when required
n




Providing general administrative and dealership coordination support
n
n
You might be a great fit if you have:
n
n
Previous registration clerk / vehicle registration, stock control or inventory experience
n
Automotive dealership administration or general administration experience
n
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving
n
Confidence communicating with sales, workshop, parts and external suppliers
n
Queensland Transport (QT) experience - particularly registration overflow would be highly regarded
n
Experience with dealership systems such as Pentana or Titan DMS would be an advantage
n
n
We'd ideally like someone full time, Monday-Friday, however, we're open to the right person looking for part-time hours, with arrangements such as 9am-3pm potentially available.
