Mercer is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk in Change (RiC) to lead Line 1 risk for major change across the Mercer Super portfolio. The role develops and embeds RMF-compliant tools, templates and controls and reports to governance bodies as required.
The 12-month fixed term contract is based in Melbourne or Sydney, with a hybrid mode requiring at least three days in the office weekly and engagement with key stakeholders to uplift risk management practices within the change lifecycle.
