Whatwill a typical day look like?
n
n
Lead the operationsof headspace Emerald
n
Provide strategicoversight of counselling and youth programs across CentralQueensland
n
Manage servicedelivery, funding contracts, budgets and performanceoutcomes
n
Build and Maintainstrong partnerships with government, community and sectorstakeholders
n
Lead, mentor anddevelop disciplinary teams
n
Drive servicegrowth, innovation and continuous improvement
n
Ensure compliance,accreditation and quality standards areacheived.

MandatoryRequirements:

Abachelor's degree in allied health, behavioural/socialsciences, mental health nursing (or relateddiscipline)
n
Aminimum of 5 years relevant experience at a manageriallevel
n
