Quality Governance Lead - Digital Health ServicesJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Quality & Governance Lead to provide leadership across our digital health portfolio.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that digital models of care, clinical workflows, data use, and technology-enabled services meet national standards, regulatory requirements, and best-practice clinical governance.You will operate at both a strategic and operational level driving governance excellence, strengthening safety and quality systems, and providing senior assurance to executives and external stakeholders.
Importantly, this role focuses on governance oversight and integration, enabling portfolio leads to deliver operational outcomes effectively.Key Responsibilities:Ownership of the clinical governance framework across all Digital Health servicesSet quality, safety, and assurance standards applicable across all streamsProvide senior oversight of audit, compliance, incident management, and SOP architectureIntegrate audit findings and incident intelligence into system-level improvement prioritiesDeliver senior assurance to executives and external stakeholdersReduce reliance on ad-hoc escalation to the Clinical Manager through solid governance structuresAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Tertiary qualifications in a health or allied health disciplineSignificant experience in clinical governance, quality systems,



or safety leadershipDemonstrated experience in digital health, virtual care, or technology-enabled service deliveryStrong knowledge of national safety and quality standardsProven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholdersHighly regarded:Postgraduate qualifications in clinical governance, quality improvement, or health educationExperience in digital product development or health technology implementationStrong systems thinking and the ability to translate complexity into clear decisionsExcellent communication skills across clinical, technical, and executive audiencesHigh levels of professional judgement, ethical decision-making, and risk awarenessA commitment to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementWhy Join Aspen Medical?
