Job DescriptionLead a excellent team, make a genuine impact, and enjoy one of South Australia's best coastal lifestyles.Greencross Vets Noarlunga is looking for an experienced and people-focused Practice Manager to join our team.We're open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

our team consistently goes above and beyond for our patients and clients.You'll be working alongside:An experienced Vet Director with more than 30 years in the professionA collaborative veterinary and nursing team that enjoys sharing knowledgeA culture where development and learning are encouragedA team that genuinely enjoys working together and supporting one anotherAbout the RoleAs Practice Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the team while ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the clinic.This position can be structured as either:Part‐time Practice Management (minimum 30 hours per week), orFull‐time Practice Management, incorporating management responsibilities alongside nursing and/or reception shifts to support the wider team.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting the nursing and reception teamsCreating and maintaining a positive, engaged workplace cultureManaging rostering, workflow, and team coordinationSupporting recruitment, onboarding, and team developmentMonitoring clinic performance and key business metricsSupporting client service excellence and patient care standardsManaging stock control and inventory processesEnsuring clinic compliance and operational standards are maintainedWorking closely with the Vet Director and regional leadership teamDriving team engagement, retention, and professional developmentIdentifying opportunities to improve clinic operations and efficiencyProviding hands‐on nursing or reception support where required (for full‐time applicants)This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on team culture, operational performance, and the long‐term success of the clinic.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Has previous Practice Management, Head Nurse,
or veterinary leadership experienceHas experience leading and developing teamsPossesses strong organisational and communication skillsIs confident managing competing priorities in a busy environmentHas a strong understanding of client service excellenceDemonstrates initiative, accountability, and professionalismIs passionate about supporting and developing peopleHas strong business and operational skillsThrives in a collaborative team environmentHas experience with veterinary practice management systems such as RxWorks (advantageous but not essential)Veterinary industry experience is highly desirable and will be highly regarded.Most importantly, you're someone who genuinely enjoys helping teams succeed and creating an environment where people love coming to work.Why Live and Work in Noarlunga?
