An chance has arisen for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a collaborative and high-performing payroll team.The RoleReporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and compliant processing of a large, complex payroll environment.
Supporting a diverse workforce across Australia, you will play a key role in payroll delivery, compliance, reporting and process improvement initiatives.End-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay groupsInterpretation of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and legislative requirementsMaintaining payroll data integrity and employee recordsProcessing payroll adjustments, deductions, leave transactions and superannuationResponding to employee and stakeholder payroll enquiriesPayroll reconciliations, reporting and compliance activitiesSupporting payroll system updates,
