franchising agreementsReviewing and advising on fuel supply agreementsSatisfying disclosure obligations with respect to franchising and retail leasesAssisting with procedural processes for rental determinationsLiaising with our existing external legal panelExperience & Key SkillsOur ideal candidate/s will have:A minimum of two years experience across a range of property transactions (ideally some experiencing with franchising)Solid written and oral communication skillsAble to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlinesDetail orientedCapable of working independently and as part of a team
