Due to continued growth and exciting opportunities on the horizon, we are seeking a Senior Family Lawyer (3+ PAE) to join our team.This is a role designed for a lawyer who is ready for the next stage of their career – someone who wants high-quality work, leadership opportunities and a clear pathway for growth.The OpportunityThis role is suited to an experienced family lawyer who is confident managing files independently and is looking to work in a firm where quality, teamwork and skilled growth are genuinely prioritised.You will:Manage your own caseload of engaging and complex family law matters, including parenting and propertyAppear regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of AustraliaAdvise clients with confidence, clarity and empathyWork collaboratively with senior practitioners, support staff and the broader teamContribute to strategy, mentoring and the ongoing development of the practiceHave opportunities for advocacy, mediation and strategic litigation workYou will enjoy a high level of autonomy,



balanced with strong support from experienced colleagues.About YouYou will ideally have:A current unrestricted Queensland Practising Certificate3+ years' post admission experience practising family lawStrong technical knowledge of family law and procedureExcellent drafting, analytical and problem solving skillsThe ability to manage client relationships with confidence and careA proactive, solutions focused approachA collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for family lawYou value working in a team where people support each other and take pride in their work.You will work closely with Accredited Specialists and senior practitioners who value collaboration and knowledge sharing.
