In this senior leadership role, you will lead a dynamic portfolio of integrated healthcare services focused on improving patient outcomes across hospital and community settings.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams across our Fitzroy, Kew and Fairfield sites, driving clinical excellence, service development and continuous improvement.
Working collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders, you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while strengthening integrated models of care across the Health Independence Program (HIP).

You will bring:Relevant tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or Nursing, with current AHPRA registration where applicablePostgraduate qualifications and/or demonstrated specialist expertise in a relevant fieldDemonstrated leadership experience within acute, subacute, rehabilitation and/or community healthcare settingsProven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teamsStrong knowledge of integrated models of care, clinical governance, quality improvement and contemporary rehabilitation service deliveryDemonstrated experience in change management, service development and continuous improvementStrong workforce management and performance leadership capabilitiesExperience managing budgets, resources and operational prioritiesExcellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to provide strategic direction while effectively managing day-to-day operational requirementsA current (National Criminal History Check / NDIS Worker Screening Check),
