This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring tradespeople, driving safe and efficient work practices, and staying hands-on with the tools.
Working across both workshop and field maintenance, you'll coordinate day-to-day crew activities, support breakdown response, and keep our fleet performing at its best.

What You'll Bring
Australian recognised trade qualification
Previous experience in a Leading Hand or senior fitter role
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Experience across workshop and field maintenance
Coal mining maintenance experience
Current Australian driver's licence
Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance
