At the centre of the guest experience, you'll set the tone from the moment guests arrive - confidently managing reservations, arrivals and floor flow while bringing warmth, personality and energy to the door.

clientele and service rhythmUsing initiative and sound judgement to make decisions in the moment and find solutions for guestsSupporting host and front-of-house teams to deliver polished, engaging serviceBringing plenty of personality, positive energy and professionalism to every serviceSkills & Experience2+ years' experience as a Host or Head Host within a high-volume, elevated restaurant environmentExperience using SevenRooms is highly desirableConfidence managing reservations and floor plans within large, high-volume venuesStrong communication, organisational and interpersonal skillsProven ability to remain calm, confident and solutions-focused during busy servicesAn adaptable approach and confidence working across different venue and service stylesA proactive mindset, with the confidence to use initiative, take considered risks and try different approaches when the situation calls for itWhat's In It For You?
