If you're someone who thrives on mentoring others, championing good engineering practice, and having real input into product direction rather than just following a backlog, this role offers exactly that kind of ownership.What You'll Be DoingLead an agile product team, working closely with a Product Manager to deliver working software each sprintProvide technical guidance and oversight to ensure product quality, security, reliability and performanceContribute directly to design, development, and test automation of applications, microservices and APIsCollaborate with other Engineering Leads to identify and drive technology and process improvementsChampion contemporary engineering practices including code reviews,



test automation and agile/scrum principlesSupport system rollouts, commissioning and user training alongside technical and consulting teamsDocument and share outcomes to build repeatable, automated practices across the teamMentor and coach team members to support their ongoing growth and developmentWhat You'll Need (Essential)Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with an empathetic, team‐first approachSolid experience working within agile teams and practicesExperience in a SaaS environment utilising DevOps and SRE practices with a focus on automationStrong C#/.
