Lead retail transformation programs combining architecture, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement, focusing on composable commerce and cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Deliver end-to-end retail engineering programsDesign microservices, API-first, and scalable architectures (eCommerce, OMS, supply chain)Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD, and release managementPartner with stakeholders for solutioning, estimations, and proposalsEnsure cloud architecture best practices and delivery excellenceMentor teams and guide architectural standards
Core Skills:-
Retail domain: eCommerce, inventory, fulfillment, omnichannelArchitecture: Microservices, event-driven, API-firstTech: Java (Spring Boot), React/Angular/Next.js (basic) Composable platforms: commercetools / Shopify / Salesforce / VTEX / etc.Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD
Requirements:-
