We are committed to positively impact the people, the environment and the clients and communities we serve.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environmental initiatives across our ANZ operations.
Based in Sydney/Melbourne, in a hybrid working environment, this role is ideal for a proactive professional who is passionate about creating a strong safety culture, driving compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement within a collaborative and fast‐paced professional services environment.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to support compliance, conduct assurance activities, manage fleet safety processes, and help foster a safety‐first culture focused on operational excellence and continual improvement.Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSW and environmental processes within the Business Management System (BMS) and related platformsEngage and collaborate with stakeholders to improve BMS processes and implementation across the businessConduct internal audits, reporting, compliance monitoring, and assurance activities to support effective HSW and environmental managementMaintain and enhance the safety, compliance,
and operational efficiency of the company vehicle fleet, including analysis and reporting of fleet performance dataAssist in implementing and maintaining HSE Management Systems to support high performance and continuous improvementPrepare professional reports, documentation, and safety communicationsBuild and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSupport a positive and proactive health, safety, and wellbeing culture across the organisationAbout YouYou will bring a strong understanding of HSW systems, excellent organisational capability, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse business environment.To be successful in this role, you will have:Tertiary qualification in Work Health & SafetyExperience in a similar Health, Safety & Wellbeing Admin / Coordinator roleStrong ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriatelyExcellent organisational and administration skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and the ability to produce high‐quality reports and documentationWhy Join Us?
