We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Umbo. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our organisation. We are looking for someone who has experience in the social enterprise, not-for-profit, aged care or health sector and who is deeply engaged in service delivery in a social enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities
Analyse operational and financial metrics to ensure long term sustainability of Umbo's hubs (virtual clinics) and develop a plan for growth, whilst simultaneously increasing our impact.
Analyse data and metrics to make informed decisions that optimise business performance
Develop a plan to translate organisational strategy into clear operational priorities, ensuring sustainable growth of the clinical hubs




Liaise with the clinical administration team to understand and deliver on operational requirements
Establish internal structure and processes required to manage day-to-day operations of service delivery and evaluation.
Ensure policies and procedures that relate to service delivery are developed and implemented as required
Ensure operational processes meet NDIS and professional requirements including the management of Umbo's NDIS audit
What we're looking for
Minimum 4 years experience in operational management in a healthcare, for-purpose or NDIS setting with strong commercial acumen across operations.
Demonstrated experience leading a team
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and manage organisational processes effectively
Experienced in scaling projects and developing operational requirements for growth.
A hands-on leader who can move between strategy and operations.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline or equivalent experience
