JLL's Value and Risk Advisory team is seeking an experienced Senior Valuer / Associate Director to join our Metro Commercial team in Perth. This is a pivotal role where you'll have autonomy completing valuation assignments, mentor emerging talent, and drive growth across our business. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of major banks - delivering valuation excellence that shapes critical investment decisions across the real estate market.

What You'll Do

Lead High-Impact Valuations
n
Take ownership as Principal Valuer on a diverse range of assignments
n
Ensure all reports meet IVS, API, and IFRS standards with robust market data and valuation justification
n
Deliver accurate, client-focused reports within agreed timeframes
n
Drive Client Excellence
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations
n
Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and cross-sell JLL capabilities
n
Lead sector discussions and position yourself as a trusted advisor
n
Develop Your Team
n
Delegate and review work prepared by junior valuers, providing constructive feedback
n
Mentor Assistant Valuers and Valuers, helping them develop technical and professional skills
n
Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain the highest standards
n
Contribute to Business Growth
n
Actively pursue new client opportunities and participate in JLL client events
n
Engage with banks to secure and maintain panel appointments
n
Collaborate across business lines to deliver integrated solutions
n

What You Bring
n
n
CPV Qualified (Certified Practising Valuer)
n
Minimum 5 years of property valuation experience
n




Strong technical knowledge of the specialist valuation environment
n
Proven track record of meeting financial targets and managing client relationships
n
