The Fresh Collective is seeking an IT Manager in Sydney to build and lead the in-house technology function across our hospitality venues and corporate teams. You will shape strategy, security and day-to-day IT operations, partnering with leaders to deliver reliable, cutting-edge tech for people and venues.
Reporting to the CFO, you will own Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra ID, drive cyber security, governance and AI exploration while stabilising Square for Restaurants across sites.
