Job Description
Araluen Centre is seeking a Practice Leader to oversee two sites in Melbourne, Victoria, with Monday–Friday core hours and after-hours emergency support. You will lead the home and living team, ensuring person-centred services, staff development, and adherence to NDIS and SCHADS standards.
