Process and reconcile weekly site revenue, maintaining accurate balance sheet and accounts receivable reconciliationsPrepare, issue and reconcile customer invoices, manage receipting and debtor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptlyMonitor aged receivables, follow up overdue payments and **escalate high-risk accounts as required**Conduct supplier and customer account reconciliations and investigate variances through to resolutionAssist with monthly financial reporting while maintaining audit-ready documentation and compliance with internal policies and external standardsPartner with operations and the finance team to improve processes, communicate updates clearly,
