The Law Society of Recent South Wales seeks an Investigations Solicitor to join the Legal Regulation team in Sydney.
You will conduct investigations into complaints about lawyers and assess suitability for practising certificates.Applicants should have admission to the Roll of Lawyers and at least 5 years PQE, with strong knowledge of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) and trust accounting.
This full‐time on‐site role offers regular opportunities to contribute to regulatory standards.
