Lead construction and delivery activities across multiple telecommunications projects
n
Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, and scope changes
n
Support and mentor Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
n
Oversee site establishment, construction activities, and project reporting
n
Coordinate design interfaces and ensure constructability requirements are met
n
Manage project cost control, forecasting, and financial performance
n
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and contractual obligations
n
Manage telecommunications project build phases from construction through completion
n
Work with internal teams, clients, designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
n

Requirements
n

Proven experience managing project delivery from planning through construction and handover
n
Experience delivering telecommunications, infrastructure, or construction projects
n
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and cost management
n
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
n
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
n




Solid focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
n
Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive project outcomes
n
