This role sits right at the front line of the business.The RoleThis is a customer-facing support role with a robust inbound sales focus.You'll work at the front counter and on the phone, helping customers place orders, preparing quotes, following up enquiries, and supporting the wider sales team.
While service is critical, this role also plays an important part in turning enquiries into orders.This is not a back-office admin role.
You'll be dealing with customers all day and expected to follow through on opportunities.What You'll Be DoingAssisting customers at the counter and over the phonePreparing quotes and processing orders accuratelyFollowing up quotes and enquiries to convert them into salesSupporting internal and external sales reps with customer and order informationCoordinating with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveriesBuilding strong relationships with regular trade customersKeeping systems,
