Job DescriptionAbout the RoleIf you're passionate about inclusion, community impact, and helping people thrive, this role is your chance to make a genuine difference.As a Diversity Recruitment Specialist, you'll be the connector between inclusive employers and incredible jobseekers.
You'll champion diversity, open doors to employment, and help create workplaces where everyone can shine.Based in Mackay and working across Proserpine, Bowen and Cannonvale, you'll build employer partnerships, support jobseekers to grow in confidence, and create life‐changing employment pathways.
