Working closely with the General Sales Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support the sales team and ensure all processes align with BMW, MINI and Sime Darby standards.Key responsibilities include:Leading and motivating the Sales team to achieve targetsDriving sales performance across new and used vehiclesManaging stock, pricing and trade-in appraisalsSupporting deal negotiations and approvalsMonitoring CRM usage, leads and customer follow-upEnsuring compliance with brand and dealership standardsCoaching and developing team membersTo be successful,
