Due to increased business, we're looking for full‐time Branch Managers to lead our teams at our Blacktown BranchWhat You'll Be Doing:As a Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your branch's success.
Your leadership will inspire your team, boost performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Champion exceptional customer service standardsDrive sales, revenue growth, and branch profitabilityEnsure safety, compliance, and risk managementLead, coach, and develop a young, vibrant frontline teamOversee financial performance, fleet, inventory, and daily operationsDeliver accurate reporting and performance insightsWhat You Bring:We're looking for confident,
