IMC is seeking a Compensation Manager to join our global Compensation team and play a key role in supporting the firm's continued growth across the APAC region.
Reporting to the Head of Compensation, this individual contributor role will have regional responsibility for compensation across APAC and will lead critical initiatives spanning job architecture, pay structures, benchmarking, and annual compensation processes.
The role will sit within a global team and will be responsible for global strategic projects and processes.As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver compensation programs that are market-competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with IMC's global rewards philosophy and local regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead core workstreams in the annual compensation cycle (e.g., salary review, bonus, promotions), providing guidance and support to compensation planners across the regionOwn and maintain job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary structures, ensuring alignment with market data and internal equityServe as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, recruiters and business leaders, translating compensation data into clear insights and recommendations to inform decision-makingBuild and deliver data-driven insights, reporting, and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the regionPartner closely with HR, Finance, and HRIS (Workday) teams to enhance compensation processes, tools, and analyticsLead benchmarking analyses and survey participation to ensure competitive market positioning across multiple marketsDrive communication and change management efforts related to compensation programs,
including developing guidance and training materials for HR and business stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve compensation processes, tools, and stakeholder experienceMonitor external market practices to be to then recommend and embed best-practice compensation methodologies, governance, and controls across APAC.Skills & Experience7+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewardsStrong expertise in job evaluation, job architecture, and salary structure design and managementExperience managing compensation across multiple countries, with understanding of regional regulations and market practicesAdvanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience building dashboards or visualizationsAbility to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for business leadersExperience partnering with HR, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders in a global environmentStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at multiple levelsProven ability to lead change, improve processes, and enhance how compensation programs are delivered and understoodExperience with Workday Compensation and/or other compensation tools (e.g., PayFactors, Salary.com)About UsIMC is a global trading firm powered by a cutting-edge research environment and a world-class technology backbone.
