We are seeking a Full Time Conveyancing Paralegal to join our award-winning Conveyancing Practice.
n
This is a remote work-from-home position, ideally based on the Sunshine Coast or within the South East Queensland region. However, applicants located anywhere in Queensland are welcome to apply.
n
Our ideal candidate will:
n
Have at least 2 years minimum QLD conveyancing experience.
n
An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal - able to manage ***** residential conveyancing files A-Z each month with administration support.
n
Desire to complete task-based work and the ability to do so autonomously, whilst still reaching out for help when needed.
n




Highly organised - able to stay on top of daily tasks and emails, keep track of key dates and ensure deadlines are met.
n
Personable - able to maintain and create sustainable referral relationships with other professionals in our industry.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
n
Comply with KPIs.
